Please note, it is your responsibility to re-test these devices as soon as you receive them. While the devices are built to last, a sharp drop or fall during shipping can break them. You must re-test these devices to ensure they arrived in working order.

If you take this device anywhere other than the original shipping destination we sent it to, and later find the device does not function properly, we no longer have a claim with our shipping company and therefore cannot support the malfunction.

Whenever possible, we will anonymously try to collect usage data from the device. This feature is currently in development, with various testing methods and no formal process. We hope to do this more formally.
